1. Go to the Wallet or Withdraw section.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
3. Enter:
   • Destination wallet address
   • (If applicable) Memo/Tag
   • Amount
4. Confirm using your 2FA code.

Processing time:

• All crypto withdrawals require manual admin approval.
• Requests during Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 GMT+3 are approved within 15–30 minutes.
• Requests made after hours or on weekends are processed next working day.

Notes:

• Double-check the wallet address before confirming. Mistakes may be irreversible.
