Most profile changes require manual support assistance:

2. Provide Proof
- Include your registered email, the field you’d like changed, and supporting documents (e.g., new address proof).
3. Manual Update
- Our team verifies the docs and applies the change—typically within 1–2 business days.
Note: You cannot update certain fields (like email) directly in-app for security reasons.
